We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and contained with in the original packaging. If decal is returned folded up, peeled back, half used or shipped in an in appropriate manor, we will still accept the decal but with a 30% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@FinishingTouchVinylArt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues UPON DELIVERY (For up to 1 week after delivery date)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include require a photo as they are helpful to us in diagnosing the issue.

Damages and issues AFTER DELIVERY - Replacements (For up to 60 days after delivery date)
We will replacement decals damaged as a result of customer installation errors at a heavy 60% off. To accomplish this we will either send you a single use discount coupon, or send you an invoice with our discount already applied. This helps cover the cost of materials while still being able to offer a generous replacement policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products. Please note that the majority of our vehicle graphics fall into this category as they are custom cut to your order at the time of purchase based on your specified size and color. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Custom decals cannot be exchanged, please see our replacement policy.
